ONE REPAIR SERVICE PER BUMPBAR. PLEASE CHANGE QUANTITY ABOVE TO MATCH THE NUMBER OF BUMPBARS YOU ARE SENDING FOR REPAIR.

Since we do not offer a user-serviceable Repair Kit for our Aluminum Bumpbars, we would like to offer you the opportunity to send your Bumpbar in for repair. 

We offer two service types: Standard Repair or Advanced Replacement.

Standard Repair - Send your unit to us and we will fix it or supply a compatible refurbished unit. Repair services can take 1 - 2 weeks from the time we receive your Bumpbar, depending on volume of repairs. Please allow for this time to pass before inquiring on your repair services. Once we've successfully repaired your device, you will receive a shipping notice with a tracking number.

Advanced Replacement - We ship a compatible refurbished unit first, you send back your old unit once the new one arrives. Please use the selectors above to choose the Overlay Insert of the units being replaced, otherwise you may not receive a compatible refurbished unit. 

Repaired/advanced unit(s) shipments to customers are free shipping.

All shipments to KRS Corporation, LLC are the responsibility of the shipper, including packaging and shipping costs. We do not offer shipping labels for sending us your unit(s) to be repaired.
