Refund policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 30% the value of the relevant order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. A shipping label will not be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Our return policy is designed to accommodate customers who decide to go a different direction prior to installation or use. It is not intended for customers who are testing products to compare options or otherwise evaluating items for preference.
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. Products such as bumpbars, brackets, inserts, and cables that show any signs of installation, use, or wear — including scratches, cuts, food residue, or other contamination — will be evaluated upon receipt. Items that cannot be resold as new will not be eligible for a full refund and may be rejected entirely.
Items returned and subsequently rejected are eligible to be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. All returned items will be inspected and compared to their original condition as shipped. Intentional damage, misuse, neglect, or acts of God are not eligible for refund consideration.
Items deemed by KRS Corporation to be “B-Stock” (showing cosmetic wear, requiring cleaning, or otherwise unsuitable for resale as new) may qualify for a partial refund of 40–50% of the original value, depending on condition. Items with food residue or contamination that require cleaning are considered B-Stock at best and will be treated accordingly.
B-Stock items may later appear on our website as discounted returned stock available to new customers; however, such items are not eligible for return or refund once sold.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
